Does MaxHSA send members HSA tax forms?

Benegames will send you a 1099-Misc form if you earn Cashback Rewards greater than $600.

However, we do not send tax forms related to your Health Savings Account. Only HSA trustees issue tax documents like a Form 1099-SA (withdrawals from an HSA) and Form 5498-SA (contributions to an HSA and fair-market value). Your HSA provider will issue these documents by Jan. 31 (1099-SA) and May 31 (5498-SA).

You can check your MaxHSA account to see how much you contributed during the calendar year (the relevant measuring period for HSA contributions).
