How does the transfer from my MaxHSA account to my HSA work?

We accumulate funds in your MaxHSA from Roundups, Cashback Rewards, and Referral Rewards, and transfer those funds to your HSA either monthly or when you accumulate $50, depending on your plan. 

We ask for your HSA account and routing numbers during the onboarding process. In most cases, we transfer funds via ACH from MaxHSA directly to your HSA. These funds are generally posted to your HSA within two or three business days.

If we work directly with your HSA administrator, we may send the payment to the administrator, who posts it to your HSA. If we don’t work directly with your administrator, you must provide your HSA account and routing numbers and we make a direct deposit into your HSA.
