I can't find my bank when I try to add an account.
We use Plaid to connect your other bank accounts to your MaxHSA app. If you can’t find your bank in the list and it doesn’t come up when you perform a search, it may not be part of the Plaid network.
It’s also possible it is on the list and you received an error saying your account can’t be connected. This could be that your bank is no longer part of Plaid’s network or you may be using the incorrect login credentials for the account you are trying to link.
