How do I verify my identity?

Once you log in to MaxHSA for the first time, you will be asked to verify your identity under the Milestones section. Several features of the app will be unavailable until this verification occurs. 

To verify, follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to MaxHSA and click Complete your Identity Verification under Milestones. 

2. Enter your email address. 

3. Next, enter your phone number. A verification code will be sent to you once this is complete. 

4. Enter the verification code you were sent. 

5. Now, enter your basic identifying information (name & date of birth) as it appears on your government ID/paperwork. 

6. Next, enter your residential street address as it appears on your government ID/paperwork. 

7. Lastly, enter your 9-digit Social Security Number. 

Once verification is complete, if you haven't already, be sure to link your HSA and your everyday spending account so you can start maxing!
